Preparation, Itinerary Info and Contact Information

As the time winds down for the crazy job schedule, I'm preparing everything for a month of transition. My itinerary looks something like the following - email me if I can work you into it :)

I'll be posting here periodically throughout the semester - check it to see photos (hopefully!) and read about all we're up to...

Jan 2 - road trip to DC with one Loren "Ain't-no-shame-in-it" Silvertrust, and Emsa "B-donk" Isaacson. Pit stops in Boston (to visit the lovely Eliza Segell and her bump, as well as WUFO House, Julia and Kelsey, and more...), and NYC to see OMD, Md., Elliot, Deen-er, Maria et al.

Jan 4-8 - In DC on the floors and couches of Emsa...Steve...and brother.

Jan 8-10 - Returning to Maine. The question remains - will my dear old money pit of a car make it home?

Jan 11-21 - In Maine - Downeast, visiting the Bees, and in Cumberland. Last minute preparations...Did I pack enough underwear?

Jan 22ish - Fly to Bozeman to stay with Katie....adventuring...outside...naked?

Jan 27 - Bright and early staff orientation starts with the Traveling School***

Feb 1 - Fly to Orlando to meet our 12 students.

Feb 3 - Flight to Quito, Ecuador. It all begins.

**The Traveling School is a non-profit semester program abroad for high school girls. Experiential classes are designed around the region that we're in- and our classroom could be anywhere: a boat, a tent, on top of a mountain, a museum, ruins...We will be traveling all through Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru - and incorporating white-water rafting, surfing, backpacking, rock-climbing, mountaineering into the itinerary. I'll be teaching Natural Science and team-teaching a PE/Nutrition class as well as Global Studies.
